Meta wins the Emergency Rule in Scramble to block the memory of all memories in Zuckerberg, Sheryl Sandberg

Meta is trying to block the release of an explosive memory of all stories that claim Sordid’s wrongdoing from the high bronze-included CEO Mark Zuckerberg and former Sheryl Sandberg.

The social media giant won an urgent decision at an arbitration session in Los Angeles on Wednesday to temporarily ban the promotion of “careless people”, written by Sarah Wynn-Williams, the former director of public policy on Facebook. Wynn-Williams reportedly filed a whistle complaint in Sec.

The book claims that Sandberg once spent $ 13,000 in the interior on herself and a new female assistant and later invited Wynn-Williams to “come to bed” on a private flight from Europe. Wynn-Williams also accused senior executive Joel Kaplan of sexual harassment and Zuckerberg to help China develop censorship tools in a failed attempt to unlock his social media applications in the country.

Emergency referee Nicolas Gowen from the American Arbitration Association leaning on the argument that he faced “immediate and irreparable loss” without relief. He also revealed that Meta had “created a chance of success in the merits of his contractual claim for the non-conclusion” against Wynn-Williams.

The proceedings were conducted because Wynn-Williams agreed on an arbitration clause in her Facebook detachment agreement, according to the appearance. Wynn-Williams worked on Facebook for six years and left in 2017, before Meta was renamed.

In the ruling, Wynn-Williams was ordered to stop further promotion of the book or make any contemptuous remarks about meta or its employees and, to the extent under its control, to stop the further distribution of “careless people”.

The publisher of the book Macmillan, who published the memory through his Flation printing books, attended the hearing and argued that he was not subject to the Wynn-Williams Arbitration Agreement. The arbitrator’s decision did not seem to order any restrictions on the publisher.

Since Thursday morning, large retailers like Amazon and Barnes and Noble are still selling the book online.

The company has said that Wynn-Williams was fired due to “poor performance and toxic behavior”.

“This ruling claims that Sarah Wynn-Williams’ fake and slanderer’s book should have never been published,” Meta spokesman Andy Stone wrote in a post of Threads along with a copy of the Arbitration Court’s decision.

Stone claimed that Wynn-Williams had “deliberately concealed the existence of its book project and avoid the standard process of controlling industry facts in order to rush it to the shelves after waiting for eight years.”

Meta spokesman said in a previous statement that an “investigation at the time stated that she made deceptive and unfounded accusations of harassment” and that Wynn-Williams was “paid by activists against phase”.

Macmillian did not immediately return a commentary request on the ruling.

In the book, Wynn-Williams claimed that Kaplan who currently serves as the global head of Meta’s public policy had made him unpleasant with his behavior.

Wynn-Williams claimed that Kaplan once suppressed herself against her on the dance floor at a company event and commented that she looked “gentle” while making unwanted remarks about her husband.

Later, Kaplan allegedly deceived Wynn-Williams by email to participate in weekly video conference while she was healed by a near-fatal complication during the birth of her second child.

Kaplan was later cleared of wrongdoing after a company investigation.

Meanwhile, Sarah Feinberg, a former Meta employee, came to the defense of Kaplan and other leaders in a long posting of topics responding to the book claims.

“I’ve worked with Joel Kaplan throughout my years on Facebook – he was one of my closest colleagues – and I never noticed him to be nothing but professional, thoughtful, strategic and straight,” Feinberg wrote.
