Prophet ‘View’ Sunny Hostin rebukes Democrats who are not leaving Trump’s speech in Congress

“The View” co-perpetrator Sunny Hostin called the Democratic lawmakers who participated in President Donald Trump’s speech at Congress on Tuesday night not to go to President after Rep. Al Green, D-Texas, was removed for the fact that it was divisive.

“What I saw when Rep. Al Green stood up and said, you don’t have a mandate to remove Medicaid, and he jumped out, I was waiting for the rest of his democratic group, the rest of his colleagues, to go out with him,” she said Wednesday.

“Because only you can survive, but together you bloom. This is the energy we need. They should have stayed with him in solidarity. And we had Karine Jean-Pierre here in this show yesterday, and she said we should have a sense of urgency while moving forward, and we can’t do it as we have in the past. This is not normal. It is a fire with five alarms, “continued the host.

Chairman Mike Johnson had removed Green from the room on Tuesday after the Democratic Congressman raised his cane and shouted to the president during the speech.

Hostin called on the Democrats to stop playing according to the rules.

“You can’t play according to the rules with a party that has thrown away the book of rules. You can’t do it,” she concluded.

Co-president Alyssa Farah Griffin praised Rep. Elissa Slotkin, D-Mich, for her opposition to Trump’s speech, but suggested that democratic protests on the floor of the house fell short.

“I thought Elissa Slotkin was masterful, and I think she gave the Democrats the winning message they tried to have [sic]. But I thought antiques on the floor were not helpful. I don’t think the shaking of a cane is the optics the Democrats want in this, “she said.

She also said Democratic lawmakers who carried driving and signs were ineffective.

Griffin asked, “Who advised these people?”

Some team’s Democrats wrote direct responses to Trump’s speech on a white board. Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., Write some messages in a mini-white, including “not king!”

Protests by Democrats mocked by liberals in the media, including late night host Stephen Colbert, who jokingly held his drive during his show he read, “Try doing something.”
