Chairman of the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Brendan Carr said it is “truly disturbing” that a radio station supported by left -wing billionaire George Soros broadcast live places of secret immigration and customs implementation agents (ICE ).
Carr’s FCC is looking at KCBS 740 AM based in San Francisco, who has set fire to detecting direct glaciers and agents carrying out expulsion operations in the area.
“I try to look at the bright side of things, and here I think is the fact that we were having an unprecedented number of the expulsions taking place in this country, and for that, thank you to President Trump,” Carr said For Brian Kilmeade Thursday at “Fox & Friends”.
“The promises made, the promises kept. He went inside and said he is the person who can not only secure the border but also expel the people here illegally, and he is holding it at unprecedented speed, “Carr continued.” This is really worrying , so what happened was you to have secret ice agents doing operations in East San Jose, part of the city known for violent gang activity, and you had this radio station broadcasting live location, identifying unmarked vehicles that were in. “
Carr noted that this happened as high -profile Democrats, such as Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., Have asked Trump’s agenda critics to get their “street” fighting.
“We have sent a letter of investigation, an official investigation into the matter, and they have days left to respond to this investigation and explain how this may be in accordance with their public interest obligations,” Carr said .
The Bureau Bureau proceeding is asking if the Radio Station – which is licensed to operate by FCC – is violating the conditions of its FCC license, which seeks to operate in the “public interest”. The official letter of the implementation office notes that ICE agents were operating at the time in an area known for violent gang activity.
A group backed by Soros, a left -wing kingdom, bought an action in more than 200 audit stations throughout America last year. Among them was KCBS 740 AM.
Audentia refused to comment when it was arrived by Fox News Digital.
In the January 26 edition of KCBS Radio Weekend News, she revealed specific information about ICE secret agents, who were “undergoing an east side of the city.”
“Santa Clara county rapid response network, which is a community protection design system for immigrants against deportation threats, first reported activity on its platforms,” the host told the listeners.
The “KCBS Radio Weekend News” host then discovered the specific model, color and model of some unmarked vehicles used in the operation. The station also discovered the exact places of some ICE agents working in the area.
Trump chose Carr to serve as FCC chairman. He was previously a senior Republican member of the FCC, first nominated for the commission by Trump in 2017.
