Lawyers for Elon Musk on Tuesday asked a federal judge to block Sam Altman’s controversial plan-led by Openai to become a lucrative entity during a highly projected court hearing.
Legal impetus is part of a wider trial changed in which Musk has accused Openai and Main Microsoft investor of violating federal antitrust law in an illegal attempt to overpower the market.

In litigation, Musk’s lawyers also accuse Altman and Openai of abandoning the original goal of development to benefit humanity, while transformed from a “charity exempt from taxes in a profitable $ 157 billion gorgon.
Musk claims that both he and the public have suffered irreparable damage as a result and argues that Openai and Microsoft should be forced to divert any “wrong” profit.

As Post reported, Musk won an advantage in the legal battle last month after the Justice Department and FTC Anoi with one of the main arguments of his lawsuit against Openai, Microsoft and billionaire Reid Hoffman, who are all listed as defendants.
Musk argued that Openai and Microsoft violated Clayton’s act by allowing Hoffman and another executive, Deannah Tempton, serve at the same time on the boards of Openai and Microsoft.

Doj and FTC said they agreed with Musk’s legal argument.

Outside the lawsuit, Musk and Altman recently traded barbs on social media after Musk shaded Altman’s plans to collaborate with Oracle Larry Ellison and CEO of Softbank Masayoshi Son in the infrastructure project that of 500 billion dollars of President Trump .
Musk is not the only entity that struggles to block Openai’s plans.
