Vegan entrepreneur and billionaire Scripps heir Sam Logan has taken a $2 million hit on the sale of his Miami Beach home.
The stunning modern mansion, which comes with its own bank, has just sold for $11 million, Gimme can reveal. Logan, 33, bought the home for $13 million in a cash deal just over a year ago. Known as Villa Una, she appeared on Season 5 of the MTV reality show Siesta Key.
The MTV series followed a group of young people on Florida’s Gulf Coast, with some of the cast, including Logan, relocating to Miami for the fifth season. In a terrifying incident, Logan and his friends are robbed at gunpoint at home – after an extravagant night in the Magic City.
The new construction, 5,600-square-foot villa, at 1485 Cleveland Road, was designed by Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design. Its six bedrooms and 6½ baths are located on Biscayne Bay, with water views from every room.
Inside, there is an open chef’s kitchen, an elevator, a family room, a media room and a home office/den.
The 1,000 square foot master bedroom comes with a large walk-in closet.
Details include custom doors, French white oak floors and 11-foot ceilings. The two-car garage includes a Tesla charger.
Logan, through his mother, is an heir to and part owner of Scripps Network Interactive, a television company that sold its networks — including HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel and DIY Network — to Discovery in 2017 for $14.6 billion, according to reports.
His father is a successful luxury real estate developer, while Logan has founded several companies himself, including Kuma Cannabis, Concierge Automotive Services and Fauxcus, a luxury vegan outerwear company.
The listing agents for the sale were Jordan Karp and Pier Paolo Visconti of Douglas Elliman and Claudia Maria Llanes. Agents Joel Lusky and Alex Knips, of South Florida Brokerage, repped the buyer.
