CVS Rolls Out App that allows customers to unlock anti -theft shelves: ‘People really, really don’t like closed closets’

“Indeed, they really don’t like closed cabinets,” Tilak Mandad, Executive Vice President at Health, for Wall Street Journal, emphasized the need to prioritize the experience and comfort of the client.

To use the unlocking function, customers need to be registered in the CVS Health application and connect to the store Wi-Fi to their activated Bluetooth.

The feature is expected to expand to 10 to 15 extra shops, 10 of which will be placed on the west coast.
